Keyboard Layout Management Application 2.925

This application enables users to create and modify Microsoft keyboard layout files. It is compatible with Windows 7, Vista, 2003, XP, 2000, NT 4.0, 95, 95-OSR/2, 98, and ME operating systems. It has separate 32-bit and 64-bit versions, which are only compatible with their respective operating systems. Keyboard Layout Manager supports both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems and can generate keyboard files on 64-bit operating systems.
